Why print? Is there a digital version of content?

Well, we think there is too much digital noise out there. 

We believe good content is worth sitting down for and engaging with, on multiple levels. Print, for us, is the best way to represent the incredible work of our contributors through a beautiful aesthetic. We do love digital too, but as a separate experience and a platform for discussion and canvassing opinions from other members of our vibrant community. We created Standart Community, an online tool to discuss, find and share information about all things coffee—techniques, recipes, equipment, running a coffee business, there is always a member of Standart community who will be able to help! Standart Community also features a guidebook that will keep an extensive coffee knowledge base right at your fingertips. Oh, and not to forget—our partners provide our readers with exclusive discounts on coffee and brewing equipment!

How can I buy the magazine? Can I buy a single copy without starting a subscription?

The only way to become Standart reader is through a subscription, acquired through our website. All subscriptions include a coffee sample from some of the best roasters and farmers in the world. You can buy the annual subscription right away, or try it with a selected issue for free first (and just pay shipping).

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send a shipping confirmation as soon as we receive your order and then when the shipment leaves the warehouse. And you can always check on your delivery by writing us an email at office@standartmag.com.

How can I track my shipment?

We use different carriers for different countries, so you will find the instructions how to track your shipment in the tracking confirmation message that we will send you once the parcel is on its way. In any case, we are always here to help at office@standartmag.com.

How long does delivery take?

We ship orders every business day from our distribution centre based in Berlin, Germany. Shipping within the EU usually takes 7-14 days, to North America, Australia and New Zealand up to 30 days and it might be a bit longer to the rest of the world.

How often do you publish new issues?

Standart is a quarterly published magazine and we aim for four issues per year, one every three months.

What should I do if I do not receive an issue?

Please contact us at office@standartmag.com and we will do our best to solve your problem in a satisfactory manner to you.

In order to better serve you, we ask that you keep your shipping information up-to-date in your subscriber's profile. This will enable us to ensure that your copy of Standart magazine arrives as soon as possible.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for replacement issues if the correct information is not supplied. 

How can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping information at any time during your subscription in your subscriber's profile on this website ("My Subscription" on the main page). Please let us know if you can't access it for any reason and we'll be able to do it for you by email (office@standartmag.com).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging in to your subscriber's profile ("My Subscription") on the main page of this website. Alternatively, we can cancel or change your subscription for you at office@standartmag.com.

Will you reprint sold out issues?

We appreciate your interest, but due to various reasons we do not reprint any issues that have sold out. Please understand that only producing a few thousand copies makes a single print run viable.

How can I receive an invoice with VAT for my subscription?

For any invoice enquiry please email office@standartmag.com with your billing address and VAT number before or after placing your order in our e-shop.
